Description
The Center of Arab Women for Training and Research CAWTAR, through its Regional Center of Excellence in Financial Literacy, announces a call for applications to select qualified trainers specialized in access to finance. This initiative aims to strengthen financial inclusion and regional development by building the capacities of small farmers and rural tourism micro, small, and medium enterprises.
Selected trainers will deliver practical training and tailored support to beneficiaries, ensuring coherence and pedagogical complementarity with other training programs delivered by partner service providers. They will also coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and provide regular reporting on progress and results.
The mission will target the governorates of Béja, Jendouba, Kef, Siliana, Kairouan, Kasserine, Sidi Bouzid, and Sfax. The assignment is expected to run from February 2026 to April 2027, subject to the achievement of project objectives.
Applicants should demonstrate proven experience in face to face training and group facilitation, solid knowledge of financing mechanisms in Tunisia, and prior engagement with women, youth, farmers, or micro entrepreneurs. Residence in one of the targeted regions and availability over several months are required.
Applications must include a detailed curriculum vitae with references, a motivation letter specifying the preferred intervention area and availability, and a signed declaration confirming residence and commitment. This project is implemented by the Center of Arab Women for Training and Research CAWTAR within the framework of the Regional Economic Development Project funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and jointly implemented by GIZ Tunisia, Ministry of Agriculture Tunisia, and Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts Tunisia.
