Description
As part of the Women for Development (W4D) project in Senegal, Center of Arab Women for Training and Research - CAWTAR is launching a call for applications to recruit an expert or training firm to deliver training for the project’s ambassadors.
This assignment aims to strengthen the capacities of rural women through an approach tailored to the Senegalese context, with a focus on financial inclusion and digital financial services.
Main Responsibilities
The selected consultant or training firm will be responsible for:

Conducting a needs assessment targeting a sample of 200 rural women in Senegal

Designing a training module adapted to the local context, along with training materials and evaluation tools

Delivering a Training of Trainers (ToT) session for the project ambassadors
Training Topics
The training will cover, among others:

The regulatory and operational framework of digital financial services in Senegal

Mechanisms for women’s access to finance
Required Profile
Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Advanced degree in finance, economics, financial inclusion, or a related field
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, financial inclusion, financial services, or microfinance

Strong knowledge of the Senegalese financial system
-
Proven experience in Training of Trainers (ToT)

Excellent pedagogical and report-writing skills
