Description
We are excited to announce the commencement of
in-person training by RFLEC - The Regional Financial Literacy Excellence Center
in Tunisia. On May 1, 2024, RFLEC launched its training program with 21
ambassadors from across various regions of Tunisia. These ambassadors are
dedicated to providing training on digital financial services, focusing
specifically on economically active women.
This training initiative is part of the Digital
Financial Education in the Arab World project, which is being implemented by
RFLEC, a unit of the Center for Arab Women for Training and Research (CAWTAR)
and funded by the Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND).
The objective of this training course is to empower
women with the necessary knowledge and tools to make informed financial
decisions and enhance their financial well-being. By equipping them with skills
in digital financial services, RFLEC aims to foster financial inclusion and
promote economic empowerment among women in Tunisia.
Through interactive sessions and practical
guidance, RFLEC's ambassadors are committed to ensuring that participants gain
a comprehensive understanding of digital financial services. This initiative
underscores RFLEC's dedication to advancing financial literacy and supporting
the economic advancement of women in the region.
